The 2026 CVA Showcase: Defying Gravity is bringing together Lifestyle Directors, entertainment industry vendors, and talented showcasing performers for a magical day full of connections, live entertainment, games, prizes, and unforgettable fun.

Whether you’re looking to book incredible talent for your upcoming season, network with industry professionals, or showcase your own amazing performances, this is the event you won’t want to miss!

Attendee Event Timeline

9:00am – Check-In*

10:00am – 10:30am – Welcome & Introductions 
10:30am – 1:30pm – Showcasing Entertainers
(Lunch served at 12:00pm)
1:30pm – Wrap-Up & Announcements

*Lifestyle Directors, please plan to arrive as close to 9:00am, as possible, to enjoy breakfast, networking, and vendor tables before the showcase begins! Vendor Tables are invited to join us for Welcome & Introductions. Unless staying for lunch or performing in the showcase, tabling vendors will be dismissed at 11:00am.

Vendor Information

Vendor Tables – $150/vendor table

Entertainment Industry Vendors ONLY

Showcasing Performer – $250

Includes a 15-minute performance slot. Space is limited and registration is considered an application. If a showcase spot is unavailable, participants will receive a $100 refund and will be placed as a vendor table participant instead.

🎤 Performer lineup announcements will be released by June 17 (if not earlier).

Vendor Meals

$30/person

Each vendor is required to provide a raffle prize with a minimum value of $25. For additional information regarding vendor setup, expectations, tabling requirements, and event policies, please review the Vendor Guidelines for this event.
